Esto, luego que el viernes, el Primer Tribunal Ambiental aprob\u00f3 la propuesta de un cronograma de trabajo presentado por las partes para dar inicio a la mesa de di\u00e1logo que permitir\u00e1 llegar a un acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>En la audiencia, la abogada de los vecinos de la comunidad Colla de R\u00edo Jorquera y sus afluentes, Nancy Ya\u00f1ez, dijo que las conversaciones con la empresa han tenido avances sustanciales en la b\u00fasqueda de un acuerdo conciliatorio, lo que les permiti\u00f3 trabajar en una propuesta denominada \u201cAspectos generales de la mesa de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el abogado de la empresa minera, Juan Jos\u00e9 Eyzaguirre, ratific\u00f3 los esfuerzos de las partes para lograr institucionalizar la mesa de di\u00e1logo y proponer un cronograma \u201cen aras de poder llegar a una conciliaci\u00f3n\u201d, argument\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El documento, que fue le\u00eddo por la abogada, consta de diversas acciones que ser\u00e1n llevadas en conjunto y por entes externos con el fin de avanzar en una pronta conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro presidente del Primer Tribunal Ambiental, Mauricio Oviedo, mostr\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por la r\u00e1pida coordinaci\u00f3n y trabajo detallado que han efectuado las partes para avanzar en un di\u00e1logo que permita llegar a un acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, la ministra Jasna Pavlich y el ministro en ciencias, Marcelo Hern\u00e1ndez, felicitaron a las partes por la pronta y ordenada instalaci\u00f3n de los acuerdos.<\/p>\n<p>Se fij\u00f3 una nueva audiencia para el jueves 28 de enero, con el fin de mantener seguimiento y aprobar los acuerdos a los que las partes pudiesen haber llegado en la mesa de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contin\u00faan los avances para llegar a una conciliaci\u00f3n en la demanda por da\u00f1o ambiental en contra de minera Maricunga.
