la presencia de los abogados reclamantes de Interchile, reclamados a nombre de la SMA y los terceros coadyuvantes en representaci\u00f3n de la Cooperativa El Esfuerzo, se dio inicio a la audiencia de la Reclamaci\u00f3n del caso R-4-2018.<\/p>\n<p>Esta causa se sigue en contra de la Resoluci\u00f3n Exenta N\u00ba11\/Rol N\u00ba D-045-2017 de la SMA que resolvi\u00f3 rechazar el Programa de Cumplimiento presentado por la empresa, esto como respuesta al programa sancionatorio que se sigue en su contra, espec\u00edficamente respecto de una infracci\u00f3n ocurrida en la comuna de los Vilos con ocasi\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n de una instalaci\u00f3n de faena, no descrita en la Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental del proyecto, adem\u00e1s de no cumplir con el plan de rescate, relocalizaci\u00f3n y monitoreo de trasplante de suculentas, en el marco del Proyecto Plan de Expansi\u00f3n Chile LT 2X500 KV Cardones &#8211; Polpaico, el cual consiste en una l\u00ednea de transmisi\u00f3n de alto voltaje que atraviesa las regiones de Atacama, Coquimbo, Valpara\u00edso y Metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1564\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/audiencia-interchile-sma-2-min.jpg\" alt=\"Ante el 1TA comienza audiencia de Interchile con SMA \" width=\"5202\" height=\"3465\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La audiencia se inici\u00f3 con la presentaci\u00f3n del abogado Relator del 1TA Pablo Miranda Nigro, para dar paso al abogado de la parte reclamante Mat\u00edas Montoya a nombre de Interchile, posteriormente fue el turno de la abogada de la Superintendencia de Medioambiente, SMA, Pamela Torres, para finalizar con la intervenci\u00f3n de la abogada Alejandra Donoso, tercera coadyuvante, en representaci\u00f3n de la Cooperativa El Esfuerzo de los Vilos.Finalmente se dio paso a una ronda de preguntas donde los Magistrados del 1TA hicieron sus consultas a los comparecientes.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de escuchar los alegatos los Ministros Integrantes del 1TA, se decidieron que en esta ocasi\u00f3n no se tomar\u00e1 ninguna
