Ambiental realiz\u00f3 una visita inspectiva al proyecto Encon Solar de San Felipe- Esto en el marco de la reclamaci\u00f3n de la Municipalidad de esa ciudad en contra del Servicio de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental por la aprobaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Esta causa corresponde a la jurisdicci\u00f3n del Segundo Tribunal Ambiental, sin embargo, tuvo que ser vista por el 1TA debido a que en fallo de casaci\u00f3n la Corte Suprema orden\u00f3 un tribunal no inhabilitado deb\u00eda pronunciarse sobre las observaciones formuladas por la Municipalidad de San Felipe.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s antecedentes
