Aspectos Formales y Materiales organizado por el Primer Tribunal Ambiental, la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Norte y el Cedrena, Centro de Estudios en Derecho de Recursos Naturales de la UCN.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad que se realizar\u00e1 en la Sala de Audiencias del 1TA, ubicado en la Avenida Jos\u00e9 Miguel Carrera n\u00ba 1579 de Antofagasta, contar\u00e1 con la presencia de destacados expositores ligados a la academia y al derecho provenientes del Primer y Tercer Tribunal Ambiental, de la SMA y de las Universidades Cat\u00f3lica del Norte, Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Valpara\u00edso, Universidad Austral de Chile, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los expositores destacan los Presidentes del Primer Tribunal Ambiental, Daniel Guevara y del Tercer Tribunal Ambiental Iv\u00e1n Hunter, as\u00ed como el Ministro y Director del Cedrena, Cristian Delpiano, tambi\u00e9n figuran los representantes de la SMA, Marie Claude Plummer, Osvaldo de la Fuente y los acad\u00e9micos Juan Carlos Ferrada, Roc\u00edo Parra, Magdalena Prieto, Andres Bordali, Jorge Femen\u00edas, Wladimir Riesco, Cristian Aedo, Javier Millar, Ricardo Badtke, Esteban Smulewicz, Martin Loo, Crist\u00f3bal Osorio, Mat\u00edas Guiloff, Luis Cordero, Sebastian Riestra, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;III JORNADAS DE JUSTICIA AMBIENTAL&#8221;
