{"id":22065,"date":"2023-04-14T09:53:41","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T12:53:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.1ta.cl\/?p=22065"},"modified":"2023-04-14T09:53:41","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T12:53:41","slug":"22065-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/1ta.cl\/1\/22065-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Primer Tribunal Ambiental inaugura A\u00f1o Judicial 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Inicio del A\u00f1o Judicial 2023\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TXCfESrYYME?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con la charla magistral y con la cuenta del trabajo realizado durante el a\u00f1o 2022, el Primer Tribunal Ambiental dio inicio al A\u00f1o Judicial 2023.<br \/>\nLa ponencia estuvo a cargo del excontralor de la Rep\u00fablica y actual presidente del Colegio de Abogados de Chile, Ramiro Mendoza Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, quien se refiri\u00f3 a la relaci\u00f3n entre el derecho administrativo y el derecho ambiental; as\u00ed como el rol del juez como \u201cencargado de producir paz social cuando es justo en sus soluciones\u201d.<br \/>\nLa actividad estuvo encabezada por la ministra presidenta, Sandra \u00c1lvarez Torres y el ministro titular abogado, Mauricio Oviedo. Adem\u00e1s, cont\u00f3 con la presencia de importantes autoridades entre las que estuvieron el presidente de la Corte de Apelaciones, Jaime Mundaca Rojas; la ministra Virginia Soublette y los ministros \u00d3scar Claver\u00eda y Juan Opazo.<br \/>\nEn su exposici\u00f3n, el invitado especial relev\u00f3 la iniciativa y el trabajo que est\u00e1 efectuando el Primer Tribunal Ambiental, al expresar que es clave que la ciudadan\u00eda entienda c\u00f3mo funciona la justicia ambiental y el rol que tiene el tribunal. \u201cCuando hay horrores desde el punto de vista de los da\u00f1os, el \u00fanico instrumento que le queda a la sociedad civilizada es el tribunal, y en particular, de acuerdo con las reglas de especialidad, al tribunal ambiental\u201d, dijo Mendoza.<br \/>\nRespecto al inicio del a\u00f1o judicial, la ministra \u00c1lvarez se refiri\u00f3 a que su importancia radica en tener una correcta vinculaci\u00f3n con el medio ya que es un espacio de conocimiento y de difusi\u00f3n. En una l\u00ednea complementaria el ministro Mauricio Oviedo expres\u00f3 que \u201cestas actividades tienen que ver con el acercamiento que el tribunal siempre debe propiciar con la comunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cuenta de gesti\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nEn la ocasi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n, la ministra presidenta dio cuenta p\u00fablica de la gesti\u00f3n del tribunal durante el 2022 y expuso sobre el estado de los principales proyectos comprometidos, entre los que est\u00e1n: la nueva p\u00e1gina web, el nuevo sistema de gesti\u00f3n de causas, el buscador de jurisprudencia y doctrina, el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n y el visor de mapas web.<br \/>\n\u201cTodas estas iniciativas dicen relaci\u00f3n con la realidad en que se inserta el tribunal como, por ejemplo, el manejo de gran cantidad de informaci\u00f3n, la facilitaci\u00f3n a su acceso, la protecci\u00f3n de la data, la tambi\u00e9n necesaria digitalizaci\u00f3n para cumplir con criterios de eficiencia, calidad, servicio continuo y transparencia\u201d, explic\u00f3 la ministra presidenta.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style>\n\t\t\t#gallery-1 {\n\t\t\t\tmargin:
