hover_enabled=&quot;0&quot;]\n<blockquote>\n<p>Jornada y Mesa Redonda fueron parte del Programa de la Universidad de Salamanca durante el mes de noviembre de 2017.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Con la exposici\u00f3n \u201cun an\u00e1lisis del di\u00e1logo judicial en la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente desde la jurisprudencia de las Cortes Europea e Interamericana de Derechos Humanos\u201d, se present\u00f3 el Ministro Abogado Suplente del Primer Tribunal Ambiental, Dr. Cristian Delpiano, en el marco de las Jornadas sobre Di\u00e1logo Judicial Internacional en la Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos y Fundamentales de la Universidad de Salamanca, Espa\u00f1a<\/p>\n<p> La jornada organizada por dicha Universidad, fue realizada en cooperaci\u00f3n con la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Profesores de Derecho Internacional y Relaciones Internacionales (AEPDIRI) y reuni\u00f3 a expertos, acad\u00e9micos e investigadores para tratar los principales problemas asociados a la relaci\u00f3n entre los m\u00e1s importantes tribunales europeos: Tribunal de Justicia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos y Tribunales Constitucionales adem\u00e1s de la dimensi\u00f3n extraeuropea, al evaluar las relaciones transcontinentales, en particular con la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&quot;1&quot;
