A m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de la Ley N\u00b0 20.600\u201d estar\u00e1 disponible en formato digital y de acceso gratuito en el sitio web del tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta obra de acceso libre, el tribunal busca fortalecer su aporte al acceso a la informaci\u00f3n en materia ambiental, promoviendo la reflexi\u00f3n sobre los retos que enfrenta esta judicatura. La publicaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo ofrecer conocimiento especializado, permitiendo tanto a la ciudadan\u00eda como a especialistas del \u00e1rea profundizar en el funcionamiento y evoluci\u00f3n de la justicia ambiental en Chile.<\/p>\n<p>Publicado en colaboraci\u00f3n con la editorial Tirant Lo Blanch, el libro re\u00fane ocho art\u00edculos de destacados acad\u00e9micos nacionales e internacionales, quienes abordan una amplia gama de temas, desde el Derecho Constitucional hasta el Derecho Internacional, pasando por materias procesales y administrativas.<\/p>\n<p>El libro comprende los siguientes art\u00edculos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cCriterios judiciales y potestad sancionadora ambiental.
