{"id":2828,"date":"2018-09-27T15:00:42","date_gmt":"2018-09-27T19:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.1ta.cl\/?p=2828"},"modified":"2018-09-27T15:00:42","modified_gmt":"2018-09-27T19:30:42","slug":"funcionarios-del-1ta-participan-de-seminario-de-la-epa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/1ta.cl\/1\/funcionarios-del-1ta-participan-de-seminario-de-la-epa\/","title":{"rendered":"Funcionarios del 1TA participan de seminario de la EPA"},"content":{"rendered":"[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; admin_label=&#8221;section&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.22&#8243;][et_pb_row admin_label=&#8221;row&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;3.25&#8243; custom_padding=&#8221;|||&#8221; custom_padding__hover=&#8221;|||&#8221;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.3.2&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Actividad fue organizada conjuntamente por la Superintendencia de Medio Ambiente (SMA) y la Environmental Protection Agency de los Estados Unidos (EPA)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Durante tres d\u00edas consecutivos se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la ciudad de Santiago el seminario internacional \u201cPromoci\u00f3n del Cumplimiento Ambiental, una mirada desde la fiscalizaci\u00f3n a la Sanci\u00f3n\u201d desarrollado en conjunto por la Superintendencia de Medio Ambiente (SMA) en conjunto con la Environmental Protection Agency de los Estados Unidos (US-EPA) a la que concurrieron Ministros y Funcionarios de los tres Tribunales Ambientales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/funcionarios-del-1ta-participan-de-seminario-de-la-epa001.jpg\" alt=\"Funcionarios del 1TA participan de seminario de la EPA \" width=\"1100\" height=\"731\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2829\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La actividad que adem\u00e1s cont\u00f3 con la presencia de profesionales de Per\u00fa y Colombia, as\u00ed como de la Red Nacional de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Ambiental y del Servicio de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental, sirvi\u00f3 para la exposici\u00f3n de los expertos de la US-EPA \u2013 Cesar Zapata, Ram\u00f3n Torres, Roberto Bus\u00f3, quienes hablaron sobre los procedimientos e iniciativas que ejecuta la agencia norteamericana en materias fiscalizaci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n del cumplimiento ambiental y atenci\u00f3n de emergencias y contingencias ambientales, mediante la revisi\u00f3n de casos de estudios.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/funcionarios-del-1ta-participan-de-seminario-de-la-epa003.jpg\" alt=\"Funcionarios del 1TA participan de seminario de la EPA \" width=\"1100\" height=\"731\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2831\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se dio espacio a las agencias de Chile, Per\u00fa y Colombia para exponer a trav\u00e9s del estudio de casos y actuaciones realizadas en cada pa\u00eds. En el caso de Chile, la exposici\u00f3n fue realizada por los profesionales de la SMA Patricio Walker, Sebasti\u00e1n Rebolledo y Ariel Russel.<\/p>\n<p>Un completo seminario en el que particip\u00f3 el Presidente del Primer Tribunal Ambiental, Daniel Guevara, as\u00ed como el Ministro en Titular en Ciencias Marcelo Hern\u00e1ndez y los profesionales del Comit\u00e9 Cient\u00edfico, Ricardo Ortiz y Juan Carlos Duran.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/funcionarios-del-1ta-participan-de-seminario-de-la-epa002.jpg\" alt=\"Funcionarios del 1TA participan de seminario de la
