Regional Antofagasta con SEA en el marco de la reclamaci\u00f3n en presentada por el gremio en contra del Galp\u00f3n de concentrado de cobre de ATI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3034\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ante-el-1TA-se-realiza-audiencia-de-reclamaci%C3%B3n-por-Galp%C3%B3n-ATI002.jpg\" alt=\"Ante el 1TA se realiza audiencia de reclamaci\u00f3n por Galp\u00f3n ATI\" width=\"1100\" height=\"733\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La sala presidida por el Ministro Daniel Guevara e integrada por los Ministros Titulares, Abogado Mauricio Oviedo y en Ciencias Marcelo Hern\u00e1ndez, comenz\u00f3 escuchando la relaci\u00f3n presentada por el abogado Relator del 1TA, Pablo Miranda Nigro, quien habl\u00f3 ante el p\u00fablico que lleg\u00f3 a la audiencia en la sala del Tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente se dio paso a la argumentaci\u00f3n de la parte reclamante a cargo de la abogada Trissy Figueroa en representaci\u00f3n del Colegio M\u00e9dico de Chile A.G Regional Antofagasta, para continuar con el turno de la presentaci\u00f3n realizada por la parte reclamada a cargo de la abogada Yordana Mehsen en representaci\u00f3n del SEA.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3033\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ante-el-1TA-se-realiza-audiencia-de-reclamaci%C3%B3n-por-Galp%C3%B3n-ATI001.jpg\" alt=\"Ante el 1TA se realiza audiencia de reclamaci\u00f3n por Galp\u00f3n ATI\" width=\"1100\" height=\"733\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Luego de un break, fue el turno de los abogados comparecientes como terceros coadyuvantes de la parte reclamada, Rodrigo Ben\u00edtez en representaci\u00f3n de Sierra Gorda SCM, Alejandra Precht a nombre Antofagasta Railway Company (FCAB) y de Guillermo Zavala a nombre de ATI.<\/p>\n<p>Como antecedente, preliminar la reclamaci\u00f3n inicial responde a la petici\u00f3n del Colmed de que el 1TA se pronuncie respecto de la legalidad de las resoluciones exentas N\u00b0 0026\/2018 y 0089\/2018 y 00852\/2018 que resolvieron rechazar la solicitud de invalidaci\u00f3n de las RCA, por motivos de extemporaneidad y rechazar el recurso jer\u00e1rquico ante el Director Ejecutivo del SEA por improcedente.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3035\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ante-el-1TA-se-realiza-audiencia-de-reclamaci%C3%B3n-por-Galp%C3%B3n-ATI003.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1100\" height=\"733\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por esta v\u00eda el Colmed, intenta adem\u00e1s que el Tribunal declare la nulidad de derecho p\u00fablico de 3 RCA;
