Adem\u00e1s del supuesto exceso en las competencias que habr\u00eda incurrido la SMA respecto de la manera en que pretende se implemente la clausura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R-6-2018 <\/strong>\u201cAgr\u00edcola dos Hermanos Limitada y Otro con Superintendencia del Medio Ambiente\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Durante la tarde, la jornada continu\u00f3 con los alegatos de la R-6-2018 Agr\u00edcola Dos Hermanos Limitada y otro con SMA en la que participaron los abogados Cristian Gandarillas a nombre de la Agr\u00edcola y Emanuel Ibarra a nombre de la SMA, adem\u00e1s de Javier Vergara qui\u00e9n actu\u00f3 como tercero Independiente a nombre de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Minera Nevada SPA<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full adem\u00e1s del supuesto problema con el petitorio del reclamo.<\/p>\n<p>La audiencia adem\u00e1s recibi\u00f3 un importante n\u00famero de asistentes, tanto de agrupaciones medioambientales de
