Regional Antofagasta y de los M\u00e9dicos Colegiados directamente afectados con Servicio de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental, resolviendo por unanimidad de los ministros integrantes, se\u00f1ores Daniel Guevara Cort\u00e9s, Mauricio Oviedo Guti\u00e9rrez, y Marcelo Hern\u00e1ndez Rojas, rechazar la reclamaci\u00f3n interpuesta.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3754\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sentencia-R-13-2018-COLMED-con-SEA004.jpg\" alt=\"Sentencia R-13-2018, \u201cCOLMED\u201d con SEA\" width=\"1100\" height=\"733\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3753\" src=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sentencia-R-13-2018-COLMED-con-SEA003.jpg\" alt=\"Sentencia R-13-2018, \u201cCOLMED\u201d con SEA\" width=\"977\" height=\"733\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Antecedentes de la Causa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La citada causa se inicia el 24 de agosto de 2018, con la reclamaci\u00f3n en contra de la resoluciones exentas N\u00b0 0026\/2018 de fecha 5 de febrero de 2018 y N\u00b0 0089\/2018 de 10 de mayo de 2018, ambas de la Comisi\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental de la Regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta, que rechazaron la solicitud de invalidaci\u00f3n por extempor\u00e1nea, en contra de las Resoluciones de Calificaci\u00f3n Ambiental N\u00b0 290 \u201cActualizaci\u00f3n del Proyecto Sierra Gorda\u201d; N\u00b0 186 \u201cTransporte Ferroviario de Concentrado de Cobre\u201d y la N\u00b0 177 \u201cRecepci\u00f3n, Acopio y Embarque de Concentrado de Cobre\u201d.
