{"id":3882,"date":"2019-05-14T17:46:15","date_gmt":"2019-05-14T22:16:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.1ta.cl\/?p=3882"},"modified":"2019-05-14T17:46:15","modified_gmt":"2019-05-14T22:16:15","slug":"ministro-mauricio-oviedo-participa-en-el-primer-taller-de-conflictividad-judicial-de-aguas-en-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/1ta.cl\/1\/ministro-mauricio-oviedo-participa-en-el-primer-taller-de-conflictividad-judicial-de-aguas-en-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministro Mauricio Oviedo participa en el primer taller de conflictividad judicial de aguas en Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"[et_pb_section fb_built=&quot;1&quot; admin_label=&quot;section&quot; _builder_version=&quot;3.22&quot;][et_pb_row admin_label=&quot;row&quot; _builder_version=&quot;3.25&quot; background_size=&quot;initial&quot; background_position=&quot;top_left&quot; background_repeat=&quot;repeat&quot;][et_pb_column type=&quot;4_4&quot; _builder_version=&quot;3.25&quot; custom_padding=&quot;|||&quot; custom_padding__hover=&quot;|||&quot;][et_pb_image src=&quot;https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ministro-Mauricio-Oviedo-participa-en-el-primer-taller-de-conflictividad-judicial-de-aguas-en-Chile-min-1024&#215;352.jpg&quot; _builder_version=&quot;4.3.2&quot; force_fullwidth=&quot;on&quot; hover_enabled=&quot;0&quot;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=&quot;Text&quot; _builder_version=&quot;4.3.2&quot; background_size=&quot;initial&quot; background_position=&quot;top_left&quot; background_repeat=&quot;repeat&quot;]\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>La actividad fue organizada por el Centro de Derecho y Gesti\u00f3n de Aguas de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Una importante participaci\u00f3n tuvo el Ministro del Primer Tribunal Ambiental Mauricio Oviedo en lo que fue el primer conversatorio sobre justicia h\u00eddrica organizado por el Centro de Derecho y Gesti\u00f3n de Aguas de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile, CDGA.<\/p>\n<p>El taller denominado \u201cConflictividad Judicial de aguas en Chile: caracterizaci\u00f3n y propuestas para mejorar su resoluci\u00f3n\u201d contempl\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto que lleva adelante el CDGA respecto al estudio, caracterizaci\u00f3n y sistematizaci\u00f3n de la conflictividad judicial sobre aguas en el pa\u00eds y la proposici\u00f3n de f\u00f3rmulas para mejorar la prevenci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de tales conflictos.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la actividad, el Ministro indic\u00f3 que se trata de iniciativas de la mayor relevancia para avanzar y profundizar la discusi\u00f3n sobre los recursos h\u00eddricos, ya que \u201cse trat\u00f3 del primer encuentro de este tipo en donde convergen todas las problem\u00e1ticas en torno al recurso agua, discuti\u00e9ndose incluso la posibilidad de que en alg\u00fan momento se pueda avanzar en una reforma legislativa que entregue el conocimiento de estos asuntos a los tribunales ambientales, bajo un dise\u00f1o similar al que se contempla en el proyecto de ley que crea el Servicio de Biodiversidad y \u00c1reas Protegidas respecto de dicha componente ambiental\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a esto \u00faltimo, el Ministro Oviedo aclar\u00f3 que para llegar a una decisi\u00f3n de esa naturaleza primero hay que ver c\u00f3mo concluyen varias discusiones legislativas actualmente en tr\u00e1mite tales como la reforma al C\u00f3digo de Aguas, y los proyectos de ley referidos a glaciares y biodiversidad, entre otras materias relacionadas.
