Agradezco a los ministros por la confianza que me entregan para liderar esta nueva etapa que tiene como objetivo primordial fortalecer el acceso a la justicia ambiental en nuestra jurisdicci\u00f3n\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, resalt\u00f3 la labor jur\u00eddico-t\u00e9cnica que lleva a cabo el organismo y reconoci\u00f3 el rol del equipo de profesionales que integran el tribunal. \u201cCada una de las personas que conforman el tribunal son un aporte fundamental en el trabajo por consolidar la justicia ambiental en la macrozona norte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trayectoria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Ministro Oviedo es abogado y licenciado en Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas y Sociales de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n y Mag\u00edster en Derecho de la misma Casa de Estudios. Cuenta con 17 a\u00f1os de experiencia profesional en las \u00e1reas del Derecho Administrativo y Derecho Ambiental, tanto en el \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico como privado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img
