Supera con creces el valor de la cancha de mi representado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los cuestionamientos del reclamante fue a la manera en que se llev\u00f3 a cabo la medici\u00f3n de ruido, e hizo alusi\u00f3n a que en el sector existen variados locales que operan en horario nocturno. \u201cEn la pen\u00ednsula de Cavancha hay m\u00e1s de 20 locales funcionando. Es imposible que podamos solamente singularizar en el centro deportivo el problema del ruido\u201d, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, Villablanca entreg\u00f3 antecedentes respecto a las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n adoptadas por el propietario del centro deportivo que consistieron en la construcci\u00f3n de obras en 32 metros de un costado de la cancha.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto, en representaci\u00f3n de la Superintendencia de Medio Ambiente, el abogado Benjam\u00edn Muhr solicit\u00f3 que el recurso presentado ante el tribunal se rechace y dijo que \u201cno se ha aportado ninguna evidencia respecto a que la constataci\u00f3n del fiscalizador no fue correcta, solo se ha dicho que hay otras fuentes, pero no se ha demostrado que hayan sido las que generan ruido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, respecto a la ponderaci\u00f3n del beneficio econ\u00f3mico, asegur\u00f3 que se trata de determinar \u201ccu\u00e1les son las medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n que una determinada fuente debi\u00f3 haber tenido para no haber superado la norma y eso implica valoraci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los aspectos alegados por la Superintendencia de Medio Ambiente fue que las medidas que se implementaron no eran medidas id\u00f3neas, ya que la barrera
