As\u00ed se dio a conocer hoy luego de la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria llevada a cabo en el Primer Tribunal Ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>En la audiencia, que comenzar\u00e1 a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana en la sala del Primer Tribunal Ambiental con sede en Antofagasta, se escuchar\u00e1n los alegatos de las partes en la Reclamaci\u00f3n de Andes Iron contra el Servicio de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental, SEA.<\/p>\n<p>La audiencia ser\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/ukr.ivk.mybluehost.me\/website_11c5fef7\/\">transmitida v\u00eda streaming en la p\u00e1gina web<\/a> del \u00f3rgano colegiado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proyecto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Proyecto &#8220;Dominga&#8221; considera la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de un proyecto minero y portuario, de extracci\u00f3n y procesamiento de hierro con cobre como subproducto, el cual abarca desde la extracci\u00f3n de mineral hasta el embarque de concentrado para comercializaci\u00f3n, incluyendo todos los procesos e instalaciones asociadas. El Proyecto se divide en tres sectores denominados Dominga, Lineal y Totoralillo.<\/p>\n<p> El Proyecto ingres\u00f3 al Sistema de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental, SEIA, con fecha 13 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2013, mediante un Estudio Impacto Ambiental, EIA. Con fecha 9 de marzo, la Comisi\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental, COEVA, de la Regi\u00f3n de Coquimbo rechaz\u00f3 el proyecto.
