El Proyecto se divide en tres sectores denominados Dominga, Lineal y Totoralillo.<\/p>\n<p> El Proyecto ingres\u00f3 al Sistema de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental, SEIA, con fecha 13 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2013, mediante un Estudio Impacto Ambiental, EIA. Con fecha 9 de marzo, la Comisi\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n Ambiental, COEVA, de la Regi\u00f3n de Coquimbo rechaz\u00f3 el proyecto.
